All items purchased from our store are offered on a preorder basis unless otherwise stated.
Orders will be processed after the preorder period has closed and once stock has been received. As all stock is ordered following the close of the preorder period, processing and shipping times will vary and are not guaranteed.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and the shipping method selected.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select locations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes begin only once your order has been shipped. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the carrier used.
As delivery is handled by third-party shipping providers, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery timeframes.
Delays
Due to the nature of preorders, delays may occur in the production and delivery of stock. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that shipping timeframes are variable and may extend beyond initial estimates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at skyla@skylasummers.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.
